The PTFE 6-bucket powder mixer is an efficient mixing device that can quickly blend multiple dry powders together.

This equipment is mainly composed of 6 mixing buckets, a transmission system and a control system. It rotates both independently and in a combined manner, with a 30 rpm rotation and a 40 rpm self-rotation per minute. This enables rapid mixing and uniform distribution.
High-quality motors and reducers are used to ensure the rotation speed and mixing intensity of the buckets.
In addition, the transmission system also has protection devices to prevent overload and faults, ensuring the safety and reliability of the equipment.

Featuring a one-of-a-kind rotating mechanism, this machine delivers simultaneous 360° orbital revolution and self-spinning rotation, capable of processing six material barrels in a single batch. It eliminates common drawbacks including prolonged mixing cycles and inconsistent blending results. The six-barrel design delivers faster, more homogeneous mixing while generating zero heat during the blending process. Ideal mixing application: PTFE powder blended with additives.
Equipped with an ergonomic barrel clamping structure and quick-release locking mechanism, it enables ultra-fast barrel loading and unloading for effortless, user-friendly operation.
The unit is fitted with variable frequency speed control, allowing flexible adjustment of barrel rotation speeds to match your specific mixing requirements. Supporting fully timed automatic operation, users can preset mixing durations to eliminate constant manual monitoring. Once the set time elapses, barrels can be removed with ease, significantly boosting overall production efficiency and cutting labor expenses.
